Anything but the Gym
Anything but the Gym is a four-week online program perfect for people who need flexibility for multiple reasons or who don’t necessarily like going to the gym. It is designed to transition participants from a sedentary to an active lifestyle by providing achievable and manageable exercise programming that progresses over four4 weeks.
The goal of this home-based program is to:
Introduce participants to the CDC-recommended 150 minutes of movement that can help prevent chronic illness.
Move participants from sedentary to an active lifestyle
Provide educational material about the importance of exercise and how it affects quality of life
Provide support to participants as they make lifestyle changes
