Anything but the Gym is a hybrid four-week booster program for men and women. It is designed to transition participants from a sedentary to an active lifestyle by providing achievable and manageable exercise programming that progresses over four weeks.

The goal of this home-based program is to:

  • Introduce participants to the CDC-recommended 150 minutes of movement that can help prevent chronic illness.

  • Move participants from a sedentary to an active lifestyle

  • Provide educational material about the importance of exercise and how it affects quality of life

  • Provide support to participants as they make lifestyle changes

Anything but the Gym also highlights the advantages of physical activity and how exercise can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

The program includes:

  • Functional at-home workouts

  • 30-minute health coaching sessions

  • Healthy recipes

  • Newsletters that highlight how important exercise is to our quality of life
