Health Coaching

Our Goal

Work with a coach to help you identify and set goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Coaching provides support and accountability to help you stay on track and make lasting changes to your diet, exercise, stress management, and other lifestyle habits.

Our certified life coach uses the Life Purpose Institute Coaching Method. During the coaching process, we gather background information and then create strategies and goals that align with the client’s ultimate goal.

6-Online Health Coaching Sessions

The 6 package session is great for client’s who want to gain insight about what optimal health looks like to them. Clients receive support to stay on task and accountable during their health journey.  

This package includes:

6 (30) minute sessions

Completion of 1 assessment tool (Creating Optimal Health)

Create S.M.A.R.T Goals

12-Online Health Coaching Sessions 

With 12 sessions, the client can discover two areas to work on during the Discovery Session and address any obstacles that may hold them back.  

This is for the client who wants to explore blocks and obstacles that create roadblocks towards success. Using the Life Purpose Institute method, the coach and client work together to help the client find a natural way to address their block(s). 

This package includes: 

1.5 Hr Discovery Session w/ 2 assessment tools (Creating Optimal Health, Women or Men’s Issues assessment tools) 

11 (30) minute follow up sessions

Address multiple blocks

8-Online Health Coaching Sessions

During the Discovery Session, the coach and client dive deep into the “big picture” to discover two areas for the client to work on. 

This package includes: 

1.5 Hr Discovery Session  w/ 2 assessment tools (Creating Optimal Health, Women or Men’s Issues assessment tool) 

7 (30) minute follow up sessions
